Each year, we publish student-written books because we think it is so important for the writers to see their hard work, imagination, and voice in print. We also have a record of student-written songs! Proceeds from the publications go directly back to supporting our free programs.

If You Can See the Stars, There is Still Light is an anthology of 48 poems written by sixth-graders at Olmsted Academy South in Louisville, KY. 

This constellation of work revolves around community, identity, feminism, and social justice—and how those themes intersect.
